Its been a short but amazing journey so far. Adam and I have been married for 6 months!!! May 23 is also his Birthday so we've had fun celebrating it. I surprised Adam with his Birthday gift...
I got him tickets to see Josh Groban in the Round!!!
Dork alert: We love to play chess. So we will now make it a tradition to play chess on the eve of our birthdays. We heard somewhere that chess helps prevent Alzheimers, so it feels like an appropriate activity as we get older. Whether or not that's scientifically supported, we may never know. But until then, we'll just continue with the "checks" and "check mate!" For my birthday we enjoyed a evening of Cold Stone ice cream with my parents and Nate and Sarah. It was an enjoyable evening. And thus began the struggle of forgetting whether I'm 21 or 22. It usually takes about 6 months to get used to saying that!
This weekend we also were privileged to participate in the baby blessing of the newest member of our family - Cadence Frost. The blessing took place at the Frost's beautiful new abode in Midway Utah surrounded by simply stunning scenery. We're going to have to come up with some excuses to come visit again soon!
